Dublin bartender to represent Ireland at $10,000 Diplomático Rum World Tournament in Venezuela

A Dublin bartender has beaten off stiff competition from Ireland’s top mixologists to win the opportunity to represent Ireland at the prestigious Diplomático Rum World Tournament in Venezuela.
