We’ve got a lot of special highlights for people coming to our convention here in Galway next week. There’ll be a lot of useful information on building your business through great Irish food and drink, focusing on tourism and heritage, and building your links with Ireland. But we’ve got one talk that will be different: It’s aimed at inspiring you to take control of your business in a new way – by charging like a rhino!

Charge like this rhino!

This rhino charges. Do you?

Dave Magrogan will address us on “How to Build, Expand, and Grow Pubs in ANY Economy”. As Dave himself promises,

“This substance-packed Rhino keynote address is guaranteed to profoundly impact your pub’s effectiveness – boosting productivity and profitability. Charge!”

“It will be a memorable, results-driven approach to building businesses, achieving goals, and strengthening teams, allow participants to engage and prepare them and those around them for their future success!”

Intrigued? So are we. For the uninitiated, Dave Magrogan is the living embodiment of the Rhino Living philosophy. He’s an enormously successful entrepreneur – with 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, he’s the CEO of a $20 million dollar company – including Kildare’s Irish Pub, Doc Magrogan’s Oyster House, Max Mexicali Cantina and Harvest Seasonal Grill. Magrogan took Kildare’s from an unknown startup pub to recognition as the “7th best Irish pub in the world.” But that’s not all – he’s also president of two companies: Rhino Living Training Group and Southeastern PA division of Two Men and a Truck. Not to mention his Chiropractic Doctorate… His numerous awards include finalist status in the 2006 and 2007 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year competition. And at only 37 years of age, he’s nowhere near finished. His ultimate goal is to open 25 restaurants up and down the I-95 corridor and leave his legacy of “Give. Love. Serve.”

The secret of his success, which he’ll share with us on Wednesday, is living a Rhino’s life: Jumping in full steam and in a short period of time, accomplishing set goals. Because of his success and his ability to motivate others, Dave enjoys training thousands of others in how to put into action his Rhino Living philosophy – including his 1000+ Rhino staff.

He promises our Rhino Living experience will be inspirational, memorable, sustainable, and measurable. We’re looking forward to it! We hope you’ll join us.
