Welcome to Simon Lambert & Sons, a lively gastropub and microbrewery located in the heart of Wexford, Ireland.
Owned and run by brothers Nicky and Simon Lambert, it boasts an iconic traditional Irish pub look and feel, with memorabilia and photographs documenting a rich history filling the walls from over 50 years in business.
Those visiting during the day will find an extensive Breakfast and Lunch menu prepared by Head Chef Ania Lambert as well as a mouth watering selection of homemade desserts, while those seeking to relax and enjoy a drink will find and exciting range of craft beers from some of Ireland’s top breweries as well as their very own YellowBelly Beer which is brewed in one of Ireland’s newest microbreweries beneath the establishment.
While having a name plucked from Wexford’s rich heritage, these beers are certainly not traditional. Breaking the mould and rewriting the recipe books is Head Brewer Declan Nixon who can be found daily brewing YellowBelly’s well known Lager and IPA or creating limited edition specials using some of the finest ingredients for a unique craft beer experience for enthusiasts and also those wishing to discover something new. You will find the beer menu changes often but their friendly and experienced staff are on hand to offer suggestions to help you find the perfect pint.
To the rear of the gastropub, you will find a spacious outdoor area which features an iconic display of YellowBelly Serving Tanks.
