The famous St Tola Irish Goat Cheese Farm is one of the many food producers that attendees at the 2018 Irish Pubs Global Gathering (Galway 7-9th October) will have the opportunity to visit.
Based in the West of Ireland, near County Clare’s Wild Atlantic Coast, St Tola Irish Goat Cheese Farm has achieved exceptional critical acclaim since its launch over twenty-five years ago.
At St Tola Cheese, they are passionate about sustainable farming. From young, fresh crottin through to mature, year old Gouda, all their cheeses are handmade and matured to suit customers’ individual requirements.
During this interactive tour, Irish Pubs Global guests will meet Siobhan Ní Ghairbhith and John Harrington who will talk us through the process of cheese-making with a demonstration, followed by a full tasting. We will then get the opportunity to visit the goats sheds, where Siobhán will explain the farming side of the business.
